How to log in
After you have registered and received your login details, you can login as follows:

1. Select Login in the menu on the left hand side
2. Fill in your username and password and select the Login button. You may need to change an initial password directly at time of your first login. Please change it by entering a new one twice

You are logged in successfully when the message 'You have been logged in the system as ....' is displayed.

How to log out
In order to log out of the system, select Logout in the menu on the left hand side. You are logged out successfully when the message 'You have been logged out of the network.' is displayed.

Please contact the support team by email and provide the team with following information:

• first name
• last name
• email address
• telephone number
• function

For security reasons, the username and the password will be delivered to you in seperate emails. When logging in for the first time you will be asked to replace the initial password with a personal password:

• a password must be at least 8 characters
• and it must contain at least 2 special characters or digits (e.g. "1", "9", "/", "&", "+")

In order to change an existing password, please go to Userprofile/Benutzerprofil. You have to type in the new password twice (fields password/Kennwort and password(re-typed)/Kennwort(wiederholt)) and confirm the changes by selecting the Modify/Ändern button.

When you create your new password, please be sure:

• it is at least 8 characters
• and it contains at least 2 special characters or digits (e.g. "1", "9", "/", "&", "+")

Please note that the login will be deactivated after 11 unsuccessful attempts. Please contact the support team to request a new password.

You are responsible for all activity with this account so please protect your username and password from unauthorized persons. Actions with this login will be registered to your account and stored for reference.
A password must comply with the following rules:

• it must be at least 8 characters
• and it must contain at least 2 special characters or digits (e.g. "1", "9", "/", "&", "+")
